Callaway X Forged Iron

The name “X FORGED Irons” making its way back into the Callaway’s club lineup after a long period.
Crafted as a 1-piece soft iron (S20C) forging, meeting the demands of the professionals and advanced players with its simple cavity back, compact size, small offset, and sword-thin top blade, not to mention the great feel and sound of the ball.

The sole shape is the most distinctive feature, with a tri-level sole design that is chamfered on the leading edge and trailing edge sides for excellent forgiveness.
It is also noteworthy that the head weight has been made slightly lighter in response to requests from the Japan Tour.

The X FORGED Irons are available in the range from #5-#9iron with the #7 iron loft set at 33 degrees.

The X FORGED irons are made of a single material (S20C) delivering a comfortable feel designed for professionals and advanced players.

The back face features a simple half cavity structure designed to capture the ball more effectively with varying thicknesses levels.

・Designed highly maneuverable

Having a very compact appearance, from the neck to leading edge has a small offset, and the top blade is thin, giving the appearance of a head making it more easy to control.

Another unique feature is that the head weight has been designed to be slightly lighter for better maneuverability, in response to feedback from Japanese tours.

・Smoother Swing Through

The main focus of the X Forged Irons was the effortless feel throught the swing.

The tri-level sole design incorporates beveled edges on the leading and trailing edges, helping you aim for a smoother swing and contributing to ease of ball control.

The set consists of six clubs from I#5 to I#9 and PW. Two steel shaft models are available.
